The main disadvantages I found were the inconvenience due to the absence of order form, and the fact that you don’t know the price in advance. So, in spite of the good writing, I’d recommend to look for more convenient and cheaper services.
A site owner, Sue, presents herself as a perfect marketer for people looking for job. One page on the site is devoted to her biography and awards. By the way, the site itself has a modern design and looks minimalistic. It also has a blog and lots of praising testimonials, which is usual for such sites.
It disappointed me a bit that the site doesn’t say anything about prices. They explain that the price for each resume is different depending on various factors. But as I needed a good resume, I took this risk. I was also looking for an online form to register and found any. So, I sent a direct email with my old resume and price inquiry.
I was told that the standard package (resume+cover letter) would cost me $480 and was explained why. They also offered me to complete my LinkedIn profile, but the charge seemed very high, so I refused. Since I paid, I was told that I would receive my package in 4 days.
Quality of writing and support

So, a couple of words about the resume itself: yes, the writer really showed my achievements in the attractive light. Yes, it was ready for submission. But I’m not sure if it’s worth the money I paid.

You need to know the budget before you proceed to order, and here you have to explain and send a resume before you know the final quote. Secondly, there’s no order form, and it means you can miss some important thing. And finally, the price.
