impressiveresumes.net review and discount
This company has a website with great design and average prices. I liked the design and was ok with the content of the resume they’ve done for me. Nevertheless, the resume still had the gaps as the writer didn’t contact me to clarify them and just missed these points instead. Moreover, they have a weak customer support.
Not sure if the resumes from this company can be called impressive, but the site design definitely is. The site has a modern, smooth design with little pages which is pleasant to use. There’s also a process description and the samples of design. Actually, the site impressed me and I thought it would be a good idea to get my Journalist resume here.
Services & prices
To see the list of services, you need to click on “Place order”. They offer a resume review for free; other services are paid. Resume editing is $99. Experienced package would cost you $199 (this was my choice), manager’s CV is $350 and Executive’s costs $499. You can also order a LinkedIn for $99, and they have a rush delivery option for extra $150.
I began with placing an order and then sent the writer my old resume, cover letter and the job ads I was going to apply for. They got back to me in a couple of hours, confirming the receipt of my documents and sending me the questionnaire to complete. I filled that in, ignoring the fields which have been already described in my resume. After I sent that over, I was informed that the first draft would be delivered in 5-6 days.
The site claimed that they had an option to stay in touch with the writer, but I hardly ever heard from him. He never asked for clarification or something. Concerning their support, I didn’t use their assistance, but I noticed that their chat was often offline, and they didn’t have a contact phone number. What is more, I noticed that the site gave any information about revisions, guarantees or other essentials.
The resume was delivered to me timely. To cut the long story short, I liked the design and was ok with the content. Nevertheless, the resume still had the gaps as the writer didn’t contact me to clarify them and just missed these points instead. I don’t consider this a good attitude to customer.
